Return & Refund Policy

Customized & Personalized Items All customized and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item is defective. Please review your order carefully before submitting. All custom and personalized items will be confirmed with you prior to processing to ensure accuracy.

Non-Customized Items Non-customized items may only be returned if they are defective or damaged. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Defective or Damaged Items If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@quaypatrick-designs.com. We will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, email us at admin@quaypatrick-designs.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective or damaged item. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at admin@quaypatrick-designs.com.
