Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 48 hours of being placed. Orders take 2 to 3 business days working time. Please note that customized and personalized items may require additional production time. Orders are not processed or shipped on holidays.

Shipping Time Once complete, orders are shipped and typically arrive within 2–3 business days. Total delivery time is estimated at 5-6 business days from the date of order.

Carriers We ship using a mix of UPS and USPS depending on your location and order size.

Shipping Destination We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at admin@quaypatrick-designs.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend contacting your local carrier or filing a claim directly with UPS or USPS for stolen packages.
